Arrival
at Villa Crespi, a unique Moorish villa built in 1879. It is dominated
by a minaret and surrounded by a wide park sloping to the lake.
Its 14 rooms feature antique XVIII and XIX furniture and are equipped
with every comfort, elegant marble bathrooms with either jacuzzi
or shower, SAT-TV, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe, air conditioning.
Time to walk around the
charming town and tour the lake before sitting down to a 10 course
gourmet meal, the creation of your chef and instructor, Antonino

Afternoon
cooking lesson with Chef Antonino. While only 31, Antonino has spent
17 years of his life in the kitchen. His father was a chef de cuisine
and Antonino continues the tradition. He has worked in some of the
best restaurants in France and Italy. Recently he was awarded his second Michelin star!
